Your order is crated and dispatched from our warehouse, with a tracking number issued within 7 to 10 business days – about two weeks for engines and transmissions. Expedited shipping is available on request, and we ship internationally.
Common Questions
Which engine fits my Prius?
ZVW30 and ZVW40 cover the 2009–2015 XW30 platform, including the Prius v. ZVW50 covers the 2015-and-newer XW50. All of them use the 2ZR-FXE. Send us your VIN and we will confirm the exact unit.
What is included with an engine?
Every motor is guaranteed to arrive with all sensors intact and working, and comes out of Japan with very low mileage. Product photographs on this site are representative samples and not photographs of the exact unit you will receive. If you need to know whether a specific accessory, manifold or bracket is attached to the unit in stock, call us before ordering and we will check the actual item on the shelf.
What is your return policy?
Accepted returns carry a mandatory 25% restocking fee and are refunded as store credit rather than cash. Items sold “As Is” cannot be returned. Deposits are forfeited after 5 days. Returned checks incur a fee. Contact us before sending anything back so we can authorise the return.
What warranty do you offer?
Used JDM and USDM motors carry a 100% start-up warranty and are otherwise sold as is. To keep it valid the engine must be installed within 30 days of delivery, and the spark plugs, wires, rotor, timing belt, water pump and tension pulley must be replaced at installation. The cylinder head must not be removed from the block or the warranty is void. Clutches, flywheels and modified engines are not covered, and labour costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
Tracking numbers are issued within 7 to 10 business days of your order. For engines and transmissions, allow around two weeks. Expedited engine shipping is available for an additional cost – call us for a quote. We ship internationally; contact us for rates on a specific item. Local pickup is available by appointment only, and we cannot accept walk-ins without one.
